CREAM EXTREME UPVC WINDOWS
Our leaded design windows are an impressive feature on this already stunning property.
Even before the installation of new leaded design windows, this home wasn’t short of attention from passers-by. The beautiful property is extremely unique and therefore when we were tasked with installing new windows, we knew they had to be just as impressive. With our guidance, the lucky homeowners selected cream coloured UPVC windows to uphold the traditional look of their home. In order to get the desired cream finish, we mixed brown and white colours together until we perfected the shade. Of course, it wouldn’t be enough to add a plain glass window, so we added leaded strips instead. We love the final look!
Our aim was to create the illusion of individual pieces of glass, when it is in fact just one piece of glass with a leaded effect. The handles were an important part of the design – they have been carefully crafted to imitate the handles that are present on authentic leaded windows. As well as providing the homeowners with increased ventilation when needed, they offer a smooth opening and closing. We also added a set of French doors, which is perfect for accessing the outdoors on sunny days. The foliage around the windows aesthetically frame the new design. Truly breath-taking, if we say so ourselves.
