Before the Project: Detailed Planning & Prep
After reaching out to us, we will come to your house to do an initial site visit. This will involve some measuring and provisional assessments to know how to approach the project and give you a quotation.
If an order is put in, a full survey is arranged, where precise measurements will be taken and possible hurdles are identified so that we experience no difficulty when installing.
Anything to do with planning consent or building regulations approval will be seen to by County, so you won’t be left with sorting the paperwork or its submission on your own.
During the Project: Your Installation Explained
Make sure someone is in at the arranged time as our installers like to arrive on the dot. They’ll formally introduce themselves prior to giving you details of the installation process and then doing a final inspection of the product enhancement.
All County installations conform to safety regulations so that everyone is sufficiently protected whilst it is in progress. No young children or pets should be allowed to transgress into the work area.
Surface protection will come from the use of dust sheets and County will clean up the relevant area at the end of the day.
After the Project: Product Demo & Ongoing Support
Once we’ve finished the installation, we’ll invite you to take a look and make you familiar with how it works, which is when you can advise us of any adjustments you’d like made.
Our final act will be to provide a copy of the 10-year guarantee for safekeeping – tips on product maintenance are available in this free guide.
Aftercare is included as part of the guarantee, enabling you to reach out to us in the event of any product-related issues or if you just have questions about your enhancement.
